This policy details how your items are produced, shipped, and delivered. Currently, U.S shipping only. No international shipping.
1. Production & Packaging Time
Before your order is shipped, it undergoes printing and quality checks. This timeframe is distinct from the shipping duration.
- Please allow 2–5 business days for production and packaging.
- Note:* During peak holiday seasons (November/December), production times may extend slightly.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been fulfilled and departs from the facility, the estimated delivery time varies based on your location.
- Standard U.S shipping: 3–5 business days.
**You can typically expect your order within 5–10 business days after purchase.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been packaged, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
5. Damages and Issues
We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@itbyelease.com so we can assess the situation.
- **Damaged/Defective Items:** If your product is damaged or defective please share photos of the damaged product within 14 days of delivery. Find out more in our Refund Policy.
- **Lost Packages:** For packages that are lost in transit, you must notify us by email at info@itbyelease.com within 21 days, after the estimated delivery date.
6. Returns & Exchanges
As our products are uniquely printed for you:
- **Buyer's Remorse:** We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong case size or disliking the color). Please verify your phone model carefully before placing an order.
- **Wrong Address:** If you supply an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to It By Elease. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address.
