Refund policy

Please inspect your order once it is received and contact info@itbyelease.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

There is a 14-day return policy for damages and issues. Which means you have 14-days after your item is delivered to request a refund if there is an issue with your item.

To start a return, you must send 3-5 photos of your damaged item and/or issues, with detailed information about your item damages and/or issues with the proof of purchase to info@itbyelease.com

If your return is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted for a refund.

Refunds or Replacements
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will then be notified if the refund or replacement is approved or denied.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days or sent a new item with standard shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
